These are real classes, not a demo. Kids warm up with games and learn their first techniques at kid pace. Parents watch from the lobby.
Small classes taught personally by head instructors Matt Shriner and Rafael Fidelis. Decades of combined time on the mat, and safety always comes first.
Kids leave knowing techniques they can show off at home. Every family that RSVPs and attends is entered in our Free Raffle.
